Salesforce Architect (Multiple Levels)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead customer transformation engagements from strategic planning and architecture through implementation, release, adoption, and optimization.
- Develop organizational, business process, systems, Salesforce Org, and Agentic Enterprise transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Perform or lead project management, requirements definition, solution and technical architecture, detailed design, implementation, testing, migration, and deployment.
- Design or support integrations, security, system architecture, advanced technical implementation, and Salesforce governance models.
- Establish or support governance centers of excellence, design authorities, architecture reviews, quality controls, Org health checks, and optimization initiatives.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps pipeline environment design, construction, and operation.
- Use AI tools and Agentforce-related approaches to improve consulting productivity and deliver customer outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of independent professional experience in transformation design and strategy, governance and optimization, or project promotion and execution.
- At least 3 years of team leadership experience, regardless of formal position.
- Ability to communicate appropriately with customers, including executives, and drive consensus.
- Ability to communicate respectfully, directly, and constructively with members of related organizations.
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements, Salesforce terminology, and relevant methods, with a strong willingness and ability to continue learning.
- Critical thinking, unlearning, and flexibility to adapt approaches to new technologies such as AI.
- Fluent Japanese and English proficiency sufficient to read English documentation.
- Preferred: professional experience in AI and data fields, including data utilization or AI Agent development projects.
- Preferred: business-level English communication and global project delivery experience.
- Preferred: demonstrated use of AI to improve productivity in consulting or system construction.
