Salesforce Architect (Multiple Levels)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead Salesforce transformation engagements from strategic planning and roadmap creation through implementation, adoption, and optimization.
- Perform project management, business architecture, solution architecture, or technical architecture responsibilities as assigned.
- Define business and system requirements, facilitate processes, create or review architecture and detailed designs, and lead implementation and testing.
- Lead data migration and releases, or develop and support migration and deployment strategies.
- Establish and support Salesforce governance centers of excellence, design authority processes, quality reviews, and architecture optimization.
- Design, build, operate, or support CI/CD and DevOps pipeline environments.
- Advise customers on Salesforce organization strategy, governance, Agentforce, and transformation toward an agentic enterprise.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of independent professional experience in transformation design and strategy, governance and optimization, or project promotion and execution.
- At least 3 years of team leadership experience, regardless of formal position.
- Ability to communicate appropriately with customers, including executives, and drive consensus.
- Ability to communicate respectfully, candidly, and constructively with related organizational members.
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements, Salesforce technical terminology, and relevant methodologies.
- Japanese fluency and English proficiency sufficient to read English-language documentation.
- Critical thinking, unlearning, adaptability to new technologies such as AI, and demonstrated willingness to use AI and continue learning.
- Preferred: experience with AI and data projects, including data utilization or AI-agent development.
- Preferred: business-level English communication and global project delivery experience.
- Preferred: demonstrated productivity improvements through AI in consulting or system implementation.
