Base Salary

$220k - $405k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and own growth surfaces across activation, onboarding, SEO, lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade experiences.
Lead experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout.
Build applied AI systems including high-intent classifiers, personalization, and AI-driven onboarding and recommendation surfaces.
Launch vertical-specific experiences for audiences such as students and enterprise organizations.
Optimize activation, paid conversion, retention, and habit formation using trustworthy experiment readouts.
Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Monetization, Marketing, and Applied AI teams.

At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
Full-stack skills across Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.
Ability to ship and drive multiple experiments and product improvements to measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent systems.
Comfort with SQL and independently pulling, segmenting, and interpreting funnel data.
Strong product judgment, execution, ownership, and interest in AI products.
