Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Geotab solutions for partners and end-users.
- Engage with partners to optimize their use of Geotab's technology and products.
- Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to deliver effective solutions for customer challenges.
- Conduct technical activities such as requirements gathering and demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure partner satisfaction through prompt service and support.
- Support partner upskilling and drive excellence in customer service across channels.
- Assess business challenges and propose viable solutions using Geotab's offerings.
- Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of Geotab's products and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer engagements and solution designs.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Software Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a technical field with a focus on customer-facing roles.
- Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, SQL, Java, or C# is beneficial.
- Ability to work with Agile management and CRM tools like JIRA and Salesforce is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
