Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable data integration solutions using AWS services.
- Lead the development of serverless ETL pipelines using AWS Glue.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using AWS Cognito and OAuth2.
- Build event-driven architectures leveraging AWS SQS and S3.
- Design and optimize relational data models using Amazon Aurora and RDS Proxy.
- Establish architecture standards and governance frameworks.
- Drive monitoring and operational excellence using CloudWatch and incident management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable solutions.
- Create architecture documentation and technical specifications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong AWS architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Amazon SQS, Amazon S3, Amazon Aurora/RDS, and AWS Cognito.
- Strong experience in Python or Java development.
- Expertise in designing enterprise-grade REST APIs and understanding of OAuth2 and mTLS.
- Strong SQL, data modeling, and database design experience.
- Experience with event-driven, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data management.
