Responsibilities
- Assess client technology environments and define scalable, secure DevOps architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Design and implement secure integrations of AI models, agents, and platforms with enterprise applications, data pipelines, and operational workflows.
- Write, review, test, and debug code as part of hands-on development.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and container platforms.
- Establish DevOps standards, governance, and reusable patterns incorporating security, compliance, quality, and cost controls.
- Advise client stakeholders, lead architecture decisions, and coach multidisciplinary teams on modern DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in computer science or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps architectures.
- Hands-on experience with deployment and release management tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Ansible, Maven, Docker, and Terraform.
- Experience designing, integrating, and operationalizing AI and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with open LLM ecosystems including Llama, Mistral, and Falcon, including model serving, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
- Experience integrating automated testing and security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or other programming languages.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, technical communication, cross-functional alignment, and decision-influencing skills.
- Dutch language skills at B1 level or above are a bonus.
- Agile leadership or project management experience, including SAFe or PRINCE2, is a bonus.
- Cloud, Kubernetes, or other technical certifications are a bonus.
