Base Salary

$149k - $246k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scalable and performant Workday technical solutions and enhancements aligned with business requirements.
  • Partner with Workday support teams, business users, and third-party integrators to gather requirements and create technical designs.
  • Design and develop Workday reports, dashboards, integrations, and automations using Workday toolsets.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks such as Kainos.
  • Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
  • Diagnose, track, and resolve technical issues affecting product quality and stability.
  • Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and defect-management processes.
  • Monitor Workday Community updates, product releases, and implementation best practices.

Requirements

  • Workday Integration Essentials Certification or PRO certification in technical Workday domains.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on Workday technical implementation and development experience for Finance systems.
  • Deep expertise in Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calculated Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, Workday Extend, XSLT, Connectors and Document Transformation, Prism, and BIRT.
  • Experience with Workday Community, Workday releases, business analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Practical experience with R2R, Quote to Cash, Workday Accounting Center, and integrations with Finance and operational systems.
  • Proficiency with SOAP and REST web services, data modeling, and SQL/SOQL.
  • Experience leading at least three full lifecycle Workday technical implementations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Git, and CI/CD practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with Workday Financials modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Assets, General Ledger, and Banking and Settlement.
  • Preferred advanced experience with Accounting Center and Prism Analytics, plus Force.com or MuleSoft development experience and exposure to other enterprise ERP Finance applications.
