Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Apply AI technologies across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Drive AI-powered modernization and continuous improvement across Oracle SCM applications.
- Use AI and LLMs to analyze requirements, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and Oracle Cloud release impacts.
- Develop and enhance Oracle SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, APIs, and automation solutions.
- Design AI-powered functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing strategies.
- Integrate AI-powered code reviews, security assessments, static analysis, and quality gates into development pipelines.
- Support deployment automation, environment management, release readiness, monitoring, issue prediction, and production support.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in development speed, code quality, defect reduction, testing effort, release cycles, incident resolution, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, ChatGPT, Claude, agentic AI frameworks, OCI Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Strong Oracle SCM domain knowledge and enterprise application development experience.
- Experience applying AI across the full software development lifecycle.
- Ability to quantify business value delivered through AI-enabled engineering practices.
- Experience driving modernization, automation, and productivity improvements in large-scale enterprise environments.
