Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain Toyota’s privacy technology services.
- Design and implement integrations and automation for privacy-related technology processes.
- Generate reports for performance analytics and KRIs/KPIs, and manage data imports and exports.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and platform teams to establish specifications and deliver features iteratively.
- Perform daily work with minimal oversight and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or at least five years of professional work experience.
- 6–10+ years of experience leading work in agile development environments, including hands-on use of CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of North American privacy laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in agile development practices and understanding of multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, NodeJS, and AngularJS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging executive leaders and stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, agile or Toyota Production System certifications, security or privacy certifications, and experience with ServiceNow or Securiti.
