Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Sterling OMS product architectures and customer enhancements.
- Customize Call Center screens by adding or modifying screens.
- Customize Order Hub screens to retrieve data from OMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Use Core Java, XML manipulation, JUnit, and GitHub Copilot in daily technical work.
- Analyze and optimize system performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability.
Requirements
- 8–11 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Sterling OMS Order Hub and Call Center customizations.
- Experience with XSLT mapping, Core Java, GitHub Copilot, XML manipulation, and JUnit.
- IBM Sterling OMS certification.
- Order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Retail order management domain experience is a plus.
