Base Salary

$200k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own technical strategy and delivery standards for demand-side partner integrations across the FDE and Solutions Engineering teams.
  • Develop repeatable operating procedures, best practices, shared modules, templates, and runbooks to improve team output.
  • Personally own the most complex, ambiguous, and new-vertical integrations end-to-end.
  • Architect and govern AI-native engineering practices, including code-generation pipelines, mapping automation, test-scaffolding agents, and human review gates.
  • Mentor FDEs through design and code reviews and raise the team’s engineering standards.
  • Drive Product and Engineering feedback loops that reduce bespoke work and support new work streams.
  • Lead technical working sessions with partner engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, including time in a senior or staff integration, platform, or forward-deployed engineering role.
  • Production-quality coding experience in Scala and/or Python, with comfort using Node.js and TypeScript for SDKs and tooling.
  • Deep fluency with REST/JSON APIs, including authentication, idempotency, schema evolution, versioning, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Experience creating reusable architecture, tooling, or playbooks that scale team output without proportional headcount growth.
  • Fluency with AI-native engineering workflows and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Strong pattern recognition and ability to package novel solutions into repeatable approaches.
  • People leadership or strong informal team leadership experience is preferred.
