Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable application systems for the Prime Collateral Management Platform.
- Analyze complex technical and business challenges and propose solutions that improve system functionality and business processes.
- Guide software development lifecycle activities from analysis and design through construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide user and operational application support, including on-call responsibilities.
- Recommend security measures and contribute to post-implementation analysis and system design decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, senior managers, users, and technology groups to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Assess and manage technical risks while supporting regulatory compliance and transparent control reporting.
- Collaborate with KPMG and internal auditors on platform audits.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Operate independently while owning critical initiatives through successful completion.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong proficiency in Java application technologies, including Spring and microservices architecture.
- Deep experience with Test-Driven Development.
- Solid understanding and experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in Linux environments.
- Experience with job scheduling.
- Working knowledge of project management techniques, methods, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Redis, and Kafka.
