Base Salary
$165k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects within the marimo open-source ecosystem.
- Focus on backend development and integration with Python.
- Influence library design to ensure APIs are simple and composable.
- Design new capabilities for interactive computing.
- Engage with the community to understand user needs and triage issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and strong language fundamentals.
- Experience with computer systems, including parallel computing and concurrency.
- Experience in library design and/or open-source development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
