Responsibilities
- Develop and architect scalable software systems using one or more relevant programming languages.
- Design distributed systems and microservice architectures in cloud-based environments.
- Apply DevOps practices, test automation, and monitoring to support production quality and reliability.
- Lead and mentor technical teams while promoting engineering quality, collaboration, and best practices.
- Address software security, encryption, and regulatory compliance requirements, including LGPD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical priorities with company objectives.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software development with advanced proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or other relevant languages.
- Proficiency in distributed systems design, microservice architecture, and AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Experience with DevOps practices, test automation, and production monitoring.
- Experience leading technical teams and providing technical mentorship.
- Familiarity with software security, encryption, and compliance practices.
- Strong communication skills for strategic alignment with stakeholders.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, educational systems interoperability, or AI for learning personalization is desirable.
