Responsibilities
- Lead assessment, gap analysis, process improvement, and design of end-state operating models.
- Design solutions and independently implement core algorithms and microservices with ownership for outcomes.
- Deliver code and unit-test results while resolving complex technical problems.
- Support projects from design through implementation and provide L2 support for existing production systems.
- Lead three to four junior developers during design and development.
- Work with VisionPLUS batch and online architecture and relevant subsystems.
Requirements
- Experience developing with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
- Development experience in at least two VisionPLUS subsystems: CMS, FAS, TRAMS, CDM, VMX, or LMS.
- Strong understanding of VisionPLUS batch and online architecture and knowledge of CMS, FAS, TRAMS, CDM, or VMX.
- Understanding of the cards and payments domain.
- Experience supporting projects from design through implementation, including implementation experience.
- Ability to lead three to four junior developers during design and development and provide L2 production support.
- Preferred: good understanding and knowledge of Vision10 Flex.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, and learning skills.
