Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce Lightning solutions and integrations for complex business requirements.
- Develop, customize, and optimize Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, Lightning Path, and Lightning App Builder applications.
- Establish development, deployment, and governance best practices across multiple Salesforce projects.
- Create and maintain advanced Lightning Reports & Dashboards.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce Lightning applications and integrations and prevent recurring technical issues.
- Mentor development teams on Salesforce Lightning architecture and industry standards.
Requirements
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial hands-on Salesforce Lightning architecture and application development expertise.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Lightning Flows, Lightning Pages, Lightning Path, and Lightning Reports & Dashboards.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce data models, security architecture, integration patterns, and declarative and programmatic customization.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce Shield, AppExchange solutions, Agile Salesforce project delivery, and large-scale Salesforce data migrations.
- Preferred Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, and Platform App Builder certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
