Responsibilities
- Advise CxOs and senior technology leaders on AI transformation roadmaps, enterprise AI strategy, and responsible AI operating models.
- Lead design-thinking sessions, co-innovation workshops, and cross-industry AI solutioning engagements.
- Translate business and data needs into enterprise AI architectures covering model lifecycles, agentic systems, and cloud-native AI platforms.
- Design AI infrastructure blueprints covering data, compute, GPU/TPU capacity, observability, security, cost-performance, and resilience.
- Establish responsible AI, model risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Represent Infosys in client advisory councils, external forums, and conferences and publish thought leadership.
- Mentor solution architects and engineers building, deploying, and optimizing AI systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise or Principal Architect, or in an equivalent senior advisory role in AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Mastery of generative AI, agentic systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Strong understanding of GPUs, model serving, orchestration, data pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid AI architectures.
- Experience with enterprise governance, capacity planning, and FinOps for large-scale AI deployments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive and technical audiences.
- Consulting or advisory experience across at least three major industry verticals.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
- At least 18 years of experience in technology or solutions architecture, including at least 3 years in AI-led transformation.
- Ability to communicate in English; an advanced degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred.
