Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales leaders to penetrate new enterprise markets and verticals and architect presales strategies for complex accounts.
- Establish presales frameworks, proof-of-concept and pilot standards, and custom demonstration strategies to improve technical win rates and post-sale adoption.
- Attract, hire, retain, and develop Sales Engineering talent while mentoring frontline SE managers and building a high-performance culture.
- Serve as a regional technical evangelist through industry keynotes, executive briefings, and large-scale enterprise pitches.
- Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams to guide the AI-powered CX platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field is required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- 8+ years managing presales or sales engineering teams, including at least 3+ years managing people managers in a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment.
- Deep familiarity with the Customer Experience ecosystem, including CRM, contact center technology, workforce engagement management, and digital engagement channels.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, AWS, data privacy and security compliance, REST APIs, webhooks, Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning applications in CX.
- Documented public-speaking experience, including major industry conferences or high-stakes C-suite workshops, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Proven success partnering with enterprise sales teams to increase market share, Average Contract Value, and sales velocity.
