Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technology requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs, implementation approaches, and solution blueprints.
- Drive microservices, integration, API, event-driven architecture, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and governance.
- Support project estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture roles.
- Strong banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
- Experience with solution architecture, enterprise architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, system integration, API design and integration architecture, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Struts, JSP, React, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Technical leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.
- Applicants must be Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents.
