Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for Mastercard’s loyalty product suite in partnership with Loyalty Sales Specialists.
  • Lead product demonstrations and client technical discovery sessions.
  • Provide technical responses to RFIs and RFPs, consultations, sales calls, and customer meetings.
  • Identify integration points and clarify customer requirements through technical questioning.
  • Design and document effective solutions while proactively addressing technical roadblocks.
  • Coordinate stakeholder alignment and approval for proposed solutions, level of effort, and product readiness.
  • Ensure seamless transition and handoff from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Partner with Product teams to capture customer insights and competitive intelligence and inform go-to-market execution and product strategy.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of rewards, marketing, and/or loyalty platforms.
  • Experience working with financial institutions and/or performance-based marketers.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and solution-design skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfort engaging with senior leaders, product managers, technical teams, and large audiences.
  • A combination of technical competence, business skills, and a consumer marketing mindset.
  • Technical background with understanding of web technology, APIs, and security.
  • Experience working with product and/or engineering teams is a plus.
  • Experience working across multiple geographic markets and understanding of market-entry and expansion considerations.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments.
