Principal Solution Engineer - Public Sector
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Support Salesforce accounts in Singapore.
- Run targeted discovery sessions and workshops to identify business challenges and issues.
- Engage business users to define, create, implement, and manage solution prototypes and pilots through completion.
- Present and articulate the business value of Salesforce’s cloud-based application suite and platform to managers and executives.
- Create innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
- Deliver product, technical, and security responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Explain how cloud applications can integrate with existing business applications.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing and developing knowledge.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle for CRM or high-value business solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
- Superior presentation and demonstration skills.
- Experience with multi-product solution selling to enterprise customers.
- Broad understanding of cloud computing, SFA, service and support, marketing, and mobile solutions.
- Business analysis and business case or ROI construction experience.
- Data modeling skills are desirable.
- Experience selling to public-sector agencies and statutory bodies is desirable.
