Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements for strategic enterprise customers from solution discovery through architecture, implementation, deployment, optimization, and long-term adoption.
- Architect enterprise-scale AI and LLM solutions using Tencent Cloud TokenHub, Tencent Hy foundation models, AI Agents, MCP, and enterprise AI services.
- Prototype, validate, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI applications and cloud-native AI architectures with customer engineering teams.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, executive briefings, proofs of concept, technical evaluations, and production-readiness assessments.
- Partner with Sales on strategic pursuits, technical proposals, RFPs, tender responses, executive engagements, and AI transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to influence the product roadmap and improve developer experience.
- Create implementation methodologies, reference architectures, technical assets, and best practices while mentoring solution architects and governing complex engagements.
- Represent Tencent Cloud at executive forums, customer workshops, technical conferences, and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, cloud computing, software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technical consulting, including leadership of complex customer-facing technical engagements.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, model fine-tuning, inference optimization, vector databases, AI workflow orchestration, API integration, and cloud-native AI architectures.
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise AI applications on public cloud platforms, including model deployment, inference optimization, observability, and production operations.
- Ability to lead technical strategy, influence executive stakeholders, mentor solution architects or engineering teams, and deliver customer outcomes.
- Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Chinese Mandarin are required.
- Strong commercial acumen, executive communication skills, and interest in emerging AI technologies.
