Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance software solutions across Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, and varied application architectures.
- Lead technical delivery, architectural reviews, and migration planning across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Design, integrate, and operationalize advanced AI solutions, orchestration, and technical accelerators.
- Manage multiple simultaneous client portfolios, including business-domain discovery, technical debt assessment, and strategy adaptation.
- Audit infrastructure, perform capacity profiling, and design target-state architectures for complex cloud migrations.
- Advise client executives and engineering teams by translating technical concepts, architectural findings, and migration roadmaps into business outcomes.
- Build infrastructure automation and robust CI/CD pipeline solutions using Infrastructure as Code tools.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on expertise in multiple programming languages and modern distributed architectures.
- Advanced experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, including infrastructure auditing, capacity profiling, and complex cloud migration architecture.
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform and Bicep, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Strong adaptability and cognitive flexibility across changing technologies, client cultures, projects, and business constraints.
- Exceptional communication skills with technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Melbourne-based with the ability to build relationships in the local technology ecosystem and client base.
- Preferred: at least 12 months of hands-on AI engineering experience, including LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, AI accelerators, foundational models, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and production model deployment.
