Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade architectures, APIs, and full-stack applications.
- Lead technical strategy, multidisciplinary development teams, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements.
- Define architecture standards, conduct code reviews, and deliver technical documentation and governance.
- Design, develop, and secure APIs, web services, enterprise integrations, databases, and data models.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance, workshops, meetings, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- Expertise in solution architecture, technical leadership, project management, and scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and OVH.
- Extensive full-stack development experience with Java, Python, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React.
- Experience designing, developing, and securing APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
- Skills in database design, data modelling, SQL development, and relational database management systems including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
- Understanding of security principles, networking concepts, architecture governance, and technical documentation standards.
- Experience with legal document automation and AI-assisted development tools.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, conduct code reviews, mentor teams, and drive end-to-end delivery.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean Agile, PRINCE2, and PMBOK, including project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and governance.
- Advanced user of JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Optional certification such as PM², Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or an equivalent.
- Master’s degree and 10 years of experience, or 17 years of experience.
- Fluent English with English proficiency at B2+ level and experience working in international and multicultural environments.
