Responsibilities
- Conduct business workshops to translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases.
- Coordinate with the Data Operations team for data extractions.
- Lead the Celonis implementation project for optimal solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies using Celonis technology.
- Lead value creation workshops and define measures for improvement.
- Quantify business potential and present findings to management.
- Automate tasks to enhance process conformance.
- Manage customer expectations and project planning.
- Train customer users to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting or process improvement.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of data-related languages, especially SQL.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and data topics.
- Familiarity with business processes and financial metrics.
- Willingness to develop expertise through continuous learning.
- Strong consulting skills and customer interaction experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
