Base Salary
$98k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the development of systems and applications.
- Build AI tooling for enterprise use cases.
- Build and maintain platform engineering tooling and solutions that address application-platform challenges.
- Develop software features and integrate APIs using appropriate architectural and programming-language choices.
- Oversee projects from estimation through delivery and divide work into deliverable parts.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders and product managers on product planning and scope.
- Support and mentor engineers through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a full-stack development role.
- At least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies, including building AI-powered tooling.
- Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages and the ability to solve problems across multiple languages.
- Expertise in building software features, enterprise architecture, and API integration.
- Ability to oversee projects end to end, estimate work, and break problems into deliverable parts.
- Experience deploying multiple web applications from a full-stack perspective.
- Experience collaborating with product managers to plan and scope products iteratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ruby and Go experience is preferred.
- Cloud-based infrastructure, AWS tooling, and finance-domain experience are preferred.
