Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Mission Success team, owning technical aspects of direct customer engagements.
- Participate in go-to-market efforts including customer calls, technical presentations, and product demos.
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products and represent 2F as a trusted SME.
- Track customer feedback and engage with product teams to align roadmaps with demand signals.
- Support business development efforts by developing and reviewing marketing content.
Requirements
- Self-starter who can thrive independently and in team settings.
- Strong client-facing experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a desire to obtain certification.
- Senior-level experience in technical roles with proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
