Responsibilities

Own the technical aspects of direct customer engagements as part of the Mission Success team.
Participate in customer calls, technical presentations, upsell opportunities, product demos, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
Develop deep technical knowledge of Second Front products and serve as a trusted internal and external subject matter expert.
Track customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with demand signals.
Support business development by developing and reviewing blogs, posts, marketing content, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, customer success, business development, and government engagement teams.

Senior-level experience in a technical role such as software engineering, sales engineering, or technical product management.
Strong client-facing experience, ideally with Defense Industrial Base partnerships or customer success.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; certification or willingness to certify is valued.
Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience with cloud technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
Prior federal or government-facing solutions architect experience is preferred.
Strong experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS customers is preferred.
Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications such as Security+ are preferred.
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, Terraform, and relational databases is preferred.
Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices is preferred.
An active TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
