Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for the product suite.
- Contribute high-quality code to complex SaaS products (50% hands-on).
- Drive the adoption of modern industry best practices.
- Provide deep technical guidance and unblock teams.
- Act as the technical bridge between product management, quality engineering, and DevOps.
- Drive long-term corrective actions for performance and reliability issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing large-scale, high-availability web applications.
- At least 2 years in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering role.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Strong understanding of software design and architecture principles.
- Expert experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Extensive experience with the Java technology stack and full-stack development.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
