Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Exercise technical leadership for high-impact projects.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in UX development.
- Implement product features and collaborate with backend engineers on platform APIs.
- Mentor and share knowledge within the team and across Chime Engineering.
- Foster collaboration to create reusable, scalable solutions.
- Lead projects by defining timelines and managing scope.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and process refinement.
- Contribute to a community of practice around frontend ecosystem development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web and/or mobile development with React, React Native, and Typescript.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience working across the stack including React Native and GraphQL API.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and web technologies.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
- Desire to drive engineering culture within the team and organization.
- Strong leadership skills to define requirements and manage software projects.
- Proficiency in writing effective tests for code and monitoring feature impacts.
