Responsibilities
- Build and maintain decoupled backend microservices in TypeScript and Go for integration workflows.
- Develop Angular UI components for integration configuration, connection status, and data-flow visibility.
- Build and deploy AWS serverless integration pipelines using Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, and CDK.
- Implement asynchronous webhook ingestion, event-driven patterns, retry logic, and graceful failure recovery.
- Instrument services with structured logging and OpenTelemetry and contribute to Datadog dashboards.
- Apply tenant isolation, GDPR data minimization, and SOC 2 cryptographic standards.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, documentation, ADRs, testing, and ongoing technical learning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency with hands-on backend and frontend framework experience, preferably Angular.
- Practical AWS experience, including serverless services and infrastructure-as-code tools such as CDK.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices including structured logging, tracing, and monitoring dashboards.
- Good communication and collaborative engineering skills.
- Preferred experience with Go, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, or HubSpot, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, security and compliance fundamentals, and SDK packages.
