Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design and implementation for large-scale Agentic AI and Knowledge AI solutions.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during solution development and post-deployment optimization.
- Own projects end-to-end, including integration design, agent workflows, and full-stack delivery.
- Customize platform components by integrating APIs, building reusable tooling, and extending platform logic.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure solution success.
- Provide feedback to Platform Engineering and Product on feature gaps and customer pain points.
- Create reusable assets, frameworks, documentation, and technical best practices to accelerate delivery.
- Champion observability, monitoring, versioning, and telemetry for trustworthy and auditable AI agents.
- Stay current on RAG, LLM and SLM advancements, Agentic AI tooling, vector and graph databases, multimodal systems, evaluation frameworks, infrastructure trends, fine-tuning, security, and guardrails.
Requirements
- Undergraduate, master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science or Data Science.
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in customer-facing or field roles.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML or data-intensive applications in production.
- Deep full-stack development skills with Python, Node.js or Go, and React or Vue.
- DevOps experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating enterprise systems through REST, Python, SQL, GraphQL, and webhooks.
- Expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering or tuning, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent or workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of SLM fine-tuning and distillation is advantageous.
- Experience with Agentic development platforms and delivering enterprise Agentic AI solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable engineering plans.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, project ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
