Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to enhance and develop products.
- Craft scalable and flexible products and code, balancing speed and quality.
- Contribute to and influence engineering processes and culture.
- Analyze complex technical problems and architect effective solutions.
- Review code and collaborate on technical decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in building scalable engineering solutions.
- Expert-level production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js.
- Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders to align technical decisions with business value.
- Proactive ownership mindset throughout the development lifecycle.
- Belief in automated testing, continuous integration, and high code quality.
- Interest in coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborative approach to software development.
