Responsibilities

Own feature areas end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
Design, build, and ship secure, scalable, reliable, high-performance features across the Identity Governance system.
Deliver bug fixes and resolve customer-reported issues.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and uphold high engineering-quality standards.
Collaborate with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.

7+ years of experience with Java using Spring or Dropwizard and/or Golang, including deep knowledge of multithreading and asynchronous processing.
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT tokens for service-to-service communication.
Demonstrated fluency with agentic systems and modern AI applications.
Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services and understanding distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and caching layers such as Redis at scale.
Hands-on AWS experience with Fargate, EC2, and Lambda, plus Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools including Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred familiarity with Splunk, SignalFX, Datadog, Kafka, SQS, React, and JavaScript, plus deploying services across isolated infrastructure units.
