Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, configure, customize, and enhance SAP GRC and related software components.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective SAP GRC solutions.
- Integrate SAP GRC with other enterprise systems and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and delivery.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Proficiency in SAP GRC, including configuring and customizing its modules.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and enterprise compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop corresponding SAP GRC solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise-system integration techniques and SAP GRC troubleshooting.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
