Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across systems or applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align software efforts with business objectives and timelines.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Lead software development best practices to promote code quality and maintainability.
- Analyze complex problems and design effective software solutions.
- Mentor team members and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Japanese language.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming frameworks and tools for building scalable applications.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
