Responsibilities

Own end-to-end OSS architecture across fault management, performance management, configuration management, inventory, service assurance, and automation.
Define reference architectures, integration patterns, quality gates, data architectures, and storage patterns across Kubernetes, OpenStack, and public cloud environments.
Design scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient software solutions and establish performance improvement benchmarks.
Optimize CPU footprint, throughput, resource utilization, resource allocation, and software-related costs.
Collaborate with hardware architects, product lifecycle management teams, business units, regional presales, global presales, and sales teams.
Provide technical guidance for customer engagements and cross-functional teams.
Ensure solutions follow security standards, compliance requirements, secure coding practices, and regular security reviews.
Contribute to technology roadmaps and future product strategies for Telco Private Cloud and OSS.
Create and maintain architectural documentation, blueprints, best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of demonstrable Solution Architecture or Presales experience focused on Cloud Platform and Storage.
Deep expertise in software architecture, Telco Cloud, Storage, and OSS.
Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and large-scale software systems.
Experience with network management systems, fault management, automation, cloud-native platforms, orchestration, and virtualization.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools.
Experience with performance optimization, cost-efficient software design, open-source tools and frameworks, tooling convergence, CI/CD, and DevOps.
Strong understanding of public cloud services, including storage, and relevant market trends.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: experience launching and scaling consumer-facing products and working in global or multicultural environments.
