Base Salary
$129k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software while enforcing engineering best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Own software features from design and implementation through test automation and delivery.
- Design simple, extensible functionality that customers can customize.
- Contribute to new products and features and enhance the existing product suite.
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
- Manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, or a similar object-oriented language.
- 2+ years of experience working with the Android Framework and common libraries such as Dagger, Glide, RXJava, and Coroutines.
- Experience with JavaScript, the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Devin.
- Experience critically thinking about or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Analytical and design skills.
