Base Salary
$129k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, scalable, reusable code using software engineering best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Own software from design and implementation through test automation and delivery.
- Design simple, extensible software that allows customers to customize functionality.
- Contribute to new product and feature development and enhance the existing product suite.
- Manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, or a similar object-oriented language.
- 2+ years of experience with the Android Framework and libraries such as Dagger, Glide, RXJava, and Coroutines.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Devin.
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience with JavaScript and the Web as a platform, including reusability and componentization.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Analytical and design skills.
