Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable trading systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Develop automation tools to streamline operations.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in C++ development.
- Knowledge of Python or C# is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commercially oriented mindset focused on business outcomes.
- Experience working on the buy side is a significant positive.
- Experience with low-latency order entry or market data systems is highly desirable.
- Prior finance industry experience is preferred but not required.
