Base Salary
$131k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, validate, deploy, and support complex software features and services end to end.
- Lead implementation of moderately to highly complex functionality with emphasis on scalability, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions and platform standards.
- Build and maintain user interfaces using Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
- Design and evolve APIs, SDKs, extensibility mechanisms, and backward-compatible JSON and XML data contracts.
- Identify and implement improvements to system performance, reliability, developer productivity, automation, testing strategies, and engineering quality.
- Lead and participate in formal code reviews and mentor software engineers on design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues and use AI-assisted development tools while critically evaluating generated output for correctness, security, performance, and architectural alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Experience building user interfaces with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong experience designing and evolving JSON contracts in enterprise applications.
- Experience with performance tuning, memory management, SQL query optimization, Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, unit-test review, and test coverage.
- Ability to own complex features independently, make sound technical and architectural decisions, troubleshoot effectively, communicate complex concepts, and mentor engineers.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with extensible platforms, frameworks, or SDKs; SaaS, distributed systems, or multi-tenant applications; deployment automation and DevOps practices; financial, EPM, or CPM systems; and Azure or relevant Azure certifications.
