Responsibilities
- Qualify prospective opportunities with Sales by assessing technical feasibility, customer objectives, constraints, and use cases.
- Design scalable, secure computer vision solutions integrating hardware, software, and edge deployment configurations.
- Advise customers on edge deployments, data handling, model inference, platform customization, and infrastructure integrations.
- Lead technical demonstrations and proofs of concept, including configuring environments and troubleshooting issues.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer questions about architecture, APIs, security, scalability, and deployment.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering and advocate for product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or a related role, preferably in computer vision, AI, or IoT.
- Industry experience working directly in or with target markets such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, food processing, or retail.
- Expertise designing edge-based solutions and understanding edge-computing constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud and edge infrastructure, ideally including AWS, Azure IoT, or other edge platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with data-processing and computer-vision frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience in a pre-sales or go-to-market team is preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
