- Own Salesforce data model and architecture decisions for long-term scalability, compliance, and org health.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Objects, file ingestion, and legacy adapters.
- Build advanced asynchronous processing, including triggers, batch processing, Queueable chains, future methods, and platform events.
- Create custom LWC components with component composition, custom events, imperative Apex, dynamic rendering, and cross-component state management.
- Implement parallel callout orchestration with retry logic and partial failure handling across external systems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and debugging across Apex, LWC, and integration layers.
- Write robust, well-tested code, participate in peer reviews, and apply optimized queries, bulkification, and governor-limit-aware design.
- Coordinate technical decisions, dependencies, and delivery timelines across a distributed global engineering team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate technical approaches and trade-offs clearly.
Requirements

- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, Named Credentials, file ingestion, legacy adapters, retry logic, and contract-first integration design.
- Experience modeling complex parent-child hierarchies, using Custom Metadata as configuration, serializing JSON for data capture, and optimizing SOQL for volume.
- Experience building systems where data correctness has regulatory consequences.
- Knowledge of Git workflows, IDE tooling, SF CLI, SOLID principles, and Agile collaboration in distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
