Responsibilities
- Identify and execute improvements to the codebase for faster and safer shipping.
- Collaborate with senior engineers in a low-process environment.
- Drive decisions and consensus through documentation and specifications.
- Own features from backend systems to partner-facing surfaces.
- Architect scalable solutions for new partner experiences.
- Work with PMs and business partners to define and refine the roadmap.
- Provide and receive feedback for personal and team growth.
Requirements
- Strong product thinking focused on customer experience.
- Experience directing AI agents and automated workflows.
- Ability to design guardrails and feedback loops for AI-assisted development.
- Experience or willingness to learn distributed system development in Scala.
- Ability to articulate problem-solving approaches and tradeoffs.
