Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain tools that help e-commerce merchandisers manage product discovery experiences.
- Build and improve features for the Searchandizing dashboard.
- Find innovative ways to improve dashboard usability and shopper product discovery.
- Own projects from initial idea through live production deployment.
- Work across the full stack and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering managers.
- Participate in testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production ownership.
Requirements
- Strong React and TypeScript skills.
- Solid Python and backend engineering experience.
- Comfort owning the full stack.
- Experience taking projects from concept to production.
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production ownership.
- Proactive, reliable, results-focused, communicative, and collaborative.
- Remote work experience is preferred.
