Base Salary
$179k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise platform capabilities used by thousands of software pipelines.
- Re-architect the CI/CD platform by defining durable contracts and abstractions for high-velocity software delivery.
- Lead diverse technology projects and provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
- Build compliance and regulatory controls directly into the software delivery platform.
- Establish engineering standards, coding practices, and design patterns while improving software quality.
- Work across JVM languages, Go, Python, TypeScript, containers, Kubernetes, distributed systems, workflow engines, and AWS services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: 7+ years coding with more than two of Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, and Scala.
- Preferred: experience with databases, cloud platforms, open-source frameworks, front-end JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, synchronous and asynchronous APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing frameworks, Git-based version control, and cloud troubleshooting.
- Preferred: experience with AI-based coding tools, interactive AI productivity tooling, observability, distributed-system performance optimization, mentoring, cross-functional engineering initiatives, and enforcing coding standards.
