Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality AI solutions in accordance with established standards.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to plan, design, and architect projects.
- Manage tasks, provide estimates, track progress, and report issues.
- Build solutions using LLMs, generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering.
- Define configuration specifications, architecture, and requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation covering processes, workflows, and technologies.
- Participate in peer reviews, agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to AI strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience developing AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing, computer vision, or another AI subfield.
- Experience with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
- Strong background in data science.
- Familiarity with Databricks and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Experience with cloud AI services including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of Python programming.
- Proficiency with Git source control.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
