Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance UI applications using Angular and React.
- Drive frontend architecture and technical design decisions for long-term scalability.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and modular UI components.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, and product teams.
- Mentor engineers and promote coding, testing, and design best practices.
- Lead initiatives for performance optimization, accessibility, and UI quality.
- Improve developer productivity, tooling, and engineering workflows.
- Convert Figma and other design mock-ups into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
- Develop responsive, mobile-first interfaces with cross-browser compatibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on UI or frontend engineering experience building scalable, high-performance, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques.
- Experience with reusable UI architectures, design systems, component-driven architecture, theming, and advanced CSS layouts.
- Experience with SCSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components, or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, accessibility standards, and inclusive UI development.
- Strong experience with unit testing, TDD/BDD practices, Cypress, Playwright, and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Experience with Jenkins pipeline automation, web servers, application deployment, and cloud platforms such as PCF.
- Experience with Redux, NgRx, RxJS, or Context API for state management.
- Understanding of frontend-backend integration, performance optimization, debugging, rendering efficiency, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with Git and JIRA, as well as large-scale or enterprise-grade applications.
- Awareness of Agentic AI concepts and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Expertise with modern frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, npm, or yarn.
