Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, deploy, and support enterprise AI assistants, copilots, virtual agents, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI Services, and related AI technologies.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation, semantic search, knowledge retrieval, prompt engineering, and response optimization solutions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, business systems, and enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define use cases, design solutions, and support delivery.
- Participate in design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot AI solution issues and create technical design documents, configuration guides, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- For senior-level work, lead AI solution design initiatives, mentor junior developers, and define AI development best practices.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience through a combination of work and education.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and large language models.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, conversational AI development, virtual agent development, and generative AI solution design.
- Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, API development, and API consumption.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and knowledge-sharing abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions and work effectively in Agile delivery environments.
- Ownership, accountability for deliverables, continuous learning, and interest in emerging AI technologies are expected.
