Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI and data-science applications and set technical direction for the data quality team.
- Implement ML, NLP, GenAI, agentic AI, and statistical or ML-based anomaly detection capabilities.
- Deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for internal production and client delivery platforms.
- Partner with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Data Operations, and IT Infrastructure throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and methodologies to strengthen AI/ML and data quality capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Experience finding patterns in data, building statistical models, and performing data exploration, visualization, and data mining at scale.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML solutions to production, including ownership of architecture and scalability decisions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and NLP.
- Deep expertise in statistical, ML-based, and AI-driven anomaly detection for data irregularities, drift, and quality issues.
- Experience building or deploying LLM-based and agentic AI solutions in production is preferred.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially Azure or Google Cloud Platform, and with deploying and scaling ML workloads in production.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
