Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, reliable, and scalable Python-based generative AI applications.
- Implement and optimize generative AI models including GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and FLAN-T5.
- Design and develop advanced RAG pipelines using embeddings, indexing, chunking, reranking, prompts, and evaluation.
- Create NLP and machine learning solutions involving training data, fine-tuning, predictive analytics, deep learning, and text analytics.
- Integrate multiple data sources and AI functionality into broader systems and applications.
- Use AWS, Azure, and Databricks GPU machines to manage GPU memory and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist delivery leads with client generative AI solutions.
- Use GitHub and Jira, document requirements and specifications, and support testing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 9 years of experience in data science, hands-on machine learning model development, NLP, and Python development.
- Knowledge of NLP evolution, training data creation, model training setup, and fine-tuning.
- Advanced knowledge of RAG pipelines, including embeddings, indexing, chunking, reranking, prompts, and evaluation.
- Excellent Python programming skills and working knowledge of numerical, data analysis, and AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive and prescriptive analytics, deep learning, and artificial neural networks.
- Experience with NLP and text analytics for information extraction, parsing, and topic modeling, including NLTK.
- SQL skills and experience with SQL Server and Spark are preferred but not required.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Databricks is preferred.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
