Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Plan application designs, clarify goals, and design functionality.
- Extend and improve software systems by implementing enhancements, evaluating improvement options, and introducing new technology.
- Update code coverage, unit tests, and automated software quality assurance.
- Design and apply standards and best practices to secure systems against malicious and intentional misuse.
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud deployments using standardized tools and repeatable automated processes.
- Support production releases, respond to client queries, and identify application bugs or enhancements.
- Document and maintain software functionality, tools, processes, and metrics.
- Collaborate with and support teammates while troubleshooting and resolving complex code issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience with Microsoft C# preferred, or an equivalent language.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.
- Competence with object-oriented principles, design patterns, multi-tiered architectures, and software development best practices.
- Experience with web API and RESTful API design, JSON, XML, data structures, and internet-service protocols.
- Experience with Vue.js or equivalent frameworks and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms, including security and scalability fundamentals.
- Ability to efficiently diagnose, debug, and resolve code issues using a methodical troubleshooting approach.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and respectful teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB or MongoDB, MVC, MVVM, Microsoft Visual Studio, VSCode, Git source control, and Azure monitoring.
- Must be a U.S. citizen who has met the stated U.S. residency or federal/military overseas service requirement for 3 of the past 5 years and must obtain an LAR certification.
